Delivery Address and Contact Details

When placing an order with EV-NRG we require a physical street address. Transdirect / Australia Post does not allow us to ship to a PO Box. To assist us in processing your order, please provide your phone number in case we need to speak to you about the order. Please note that Transdirect/ Australia Post requires an authorized signatory to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods or conversely advise us if you authorize us to leave the item.

Delivery Charges

We offer free standard delivery for all orders over $500. For any orders below $500, the shipping rate is $15 within Australia. We currently do not ship outside of Australia. Please contact us for a special arrangement if required.

Delivery Timeframes

• Our free standard delivery takes between 1-4 business days for Metro locations.
• Delivery for non-metro locations varies between 2-6 Business Days.
• We ship same day or next business day from date of purchase. *When we can we will ship same day provided the order is placed before midday.
