What are your delivery times?
- Our free standard delivery takes between 1-4 business days for Metro locations.
- Delivery for non-metro locations varies between 2-8 Business Days.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer free standard delivery for all orders over $500. For any orders below $500, the shipping rate is $25 within Australia.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We currently only ship within Australia.
When will you ship my parcel?
We ship next business day from date of purchase. *When we can we will ship same day provided the order is placed before midday.

How can I cancel my order?
We do not offer returns on products ordered in error but if you have received a faulty product or are unhappy with a product you have purchased, please contact us immediately via the contact form or by emailing admin@ev-nrg.com

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
If a product is deemed to be faulty under our Refund Policy then we may either have goods repaired, provide an identical replacement or provide a refund for the amount paid for the goods.
