The Victorian government is offering a $3,000 subsidy paid at point of sale for the first 4,000 ZEVs sold under the current $68,740 threshold. To be eligible the ZEV needs to be purchased on or after 2 May 2021. This is the first subsidy release with the Victorian Government committing to 20,000 total subsidies. Subsidies are available once per individual and twice per business
Zero emission vehicles also receive a $100 concession on annual registration fees
