NT EV Financial Incentives
From 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2027 the NT Government will waive:
- Stamp duty fees for the sale of plug-in EVs up to $50,000
- The registration fee when you register your EV – for up to 5 years.
NT EV Infrastructure Investment
- From 1 July 2022, the NT Government will invest $300,000 under the Electric Vehicle Charger (Residential and Business) Grants Scheme to help EV owners buy and install EV chargers. 100 residential grants of $1,000 and 80 business grants of $2,500 will be available.
